• Services Providers. VII.     PAYMENT INFORMATION

When you make a purchase for our Services, your credit or debit card information (such as card type and expiration date) and other financial data that we need to process your payment may be collected and stored by us and/or the payment processors with which we work. The payment information that you provide through the Services is encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment processor. In addition, the payment processors generally provide us with some limited information related to you, such as a unique token that enables you to make additional purchases using the information they’ve stored and your card’s type, expiration date, and certain digits of your card number.

VIII.     COOKIES, ADVERTISING, & TRACKING

From time to time, our Websites may collect and share your information through the use of cookies, pixels, and related technologies for the purpose of identifying and authenticating users, preventing fraud, enhancing our Websites and Services, and to tailor content to you. Cookies are small information files that our Websites may place on your computer or other device. Some cookies are temporary, others are permanent, and there are different types of cookies that serve different purposes, such as functionality, marketing, and advertising.

We use this information to monitor and analyze use of our Websites and the Services and for the Websites’ technical administration, to increase our Websites’ functionality and user-friendliness and to better tailor our Websites to our visitors' needs. Our Websites also use data analytics vendors to monitor the performance of our Websites, enhance and provide a more relevant browsing experience for our users, personalize the content on our Websites, and better understand our users’ needs and optimize our Websites and Services. To help us accomplish these goals, our data analytics vendors use cookies, identifiers for mobile devices and other technologies to collect and store data about our users’ behavior and their devices, such as how much time users spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc. This data may include a device's IP address, device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), and browser information.

Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to us. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your account ID or username, login password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited email or telephone communication. To protect your identity, we may use reasonable efforts, consistent with applicable law, to verify your identity before responding to your requests.

• Correct Your Information. We will use reasonable efforts to allow you to update or correct the information we collect about you. For those of our sites that allow a user to register and/or access his or her account information, such users may review, update or correct the Personal Information in their registration profile by updating the “user preferences” associated with their account.

• Access Your Information. You have a right to know what information we have collected about or from you, how that information is being used, and with whom it is being shared. Depending on where you live, you may also be entitled to receive a copy of your information.

• Delete Your Information. Subject to certain exceptions recognized by applicable law, you have a right to ask that we delete your information.

• Control Cookies Through Your Browsers. You may be able to disable and manage some cookies through your browser settings. If you use multiple browsers on the same device, you will need to manage your settings for each browser.

XII.     INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER

If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please be advised that we transfer Personal Information to the United States and process it there. XIII.     DO NOT TRACK

When you use our Websites, Third Parties such as web browser providers may collect information about your online activities, over time and across different websites, online or cloud computing services, online applications, or mobile applications. Some browsers support a “Do Not Track” feature, which is intended to be a signal to websites that you do not wish to be tracked across different websites you visit. Our Websites currently do not change the way they operate based upon a “Do Not Track” or similar signal. You may, however, disable certain tracking as discussed in Your Choices section.

XIV.     CHILDREN

Our Websites are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect or use any information from individuals under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian who has discovered that your child under the age of 13 has submitted his or her information without your permission or consent, you can ask us to remove your child’s information by contacting us at legal@uhlig.com. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files
